Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of culinary experience, preferably in a 5-star Maldives resort.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, mise en place, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Experience in cold kitchen operations or Indian cuisine and tandoor preparation is required.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene and proper food storage practices.

- 01Assist in daily food preparation and cooking in accordance with resort standards and recipes.
- 02Support hot and cold kitchen operations, including salads, appetizers, and food presentation.
- 03Assist in Indian food preparation, including curries, gravies, and traditional dishes.
- 04Maintain food hygiene, sanitation, and proper storage in compliance with food safety standards.
- 05Ensure mise en place, kitchen equipment, and workstations are ready for daily operations.
