- 01Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and other operations as required.
- 02Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform the Chef de Partie of shortages or wastage.
- 03Minimize food wastage by using ingredients efficiently and following proper portion control.
- 04Follow all HACCP, food safety, health, and safety standards.
- 05Assist with receiving and checking food supplies when required.
- 06Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with colleagues and other departments.
