Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving and guest-service skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- 01Provide warm, personalized service and address guests by name.
- 02Review daily arrivals and prepare welcome amenities and guest arrangements in advance.
- 03Welcome arriving guests at the seaplane platform, assist with luggage, and ensure all belongings are accounted for.
- 04Escort guests to their villas and provide an orientation of the resort, including facilities, dining and recreational activities.
- 05Escort departing guests to the seaplane platform and ensure a smooth departure.
- 06Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- 07Regularly engage with guests to monitor satisfaction and proactively address their needs.
- 08Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
