Requirements

Responsibilities

  1. 01Handle room reservations received via email, telephone, online travel agencies, and other booking channels.
  2. 02Respond promptly and professionally to guest and travel agent inquiries.
  3. 03Provide accurate information on room categories, rates, meal plans, packages, resort facilities, and promotions.
  4. 04Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
  5. 05Ensure all reservations are entered correctly into the property management system.
  6. 06Verify booking details, payment conditions, cancellation policies, and special offers.
  7. 07Coordinate with the Front Office & Sales, to ensure smooth reservation operations.
  8. 08Monitor room availability and rate plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  9. 09Follow up on tentative bookings and pending reservations to secure business.
  10. 10Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest requests are communicated to the relevant departments.
