- ޖީ.ސީ.އީ އޯލެވެލްގެ ފެންވަރު ހުރުމާއެކު މެއިންޓެނަންސް ދާއިރާގައި 5 އަހަރު ދުވަހުގެ ޢަމަލީ މަސައްކަތު ތަޖްރިބާ ލިބިފައިވުމާއި ކުރެވޭ އިންޓަރވިއު އިން ފާސްވުން ނުވަތަ؛
- މެއިންޓެނަންސް ސްޕަވައިޒަރގެ މަޤާމުގައި 4 އަހަރު ދުވަހު އުޅެފައިވުން. ނުވަތަ؛
- އަސާސީ ފެންވަރަށް ލިޔަން ކިއަން ދަތުމާއި މެއިންޓެނަންސް ދާއިރާގައި 4 އަހަރު ދުވަހުގެ ޢަމަލީ މަސައްކަތުގެ ތަޖްރިބާ ލިބިފައިވުމާއި ކުރެވޭ އިންޓަރވިއު އިން ފާސްވުން.
މަޤާމުގެ މައިގަޑު މަސްޢޫލިއްޔަތުތައް
- މެއިންޓަނަންސް / އަދި އެކި އެކި ރިޕެއަރ އަދި ސާރވިސްގެ މަސައްކަތް ކުރުމާއި ކުރުވުން.
- ޢިމާރާތްތަކުގެ ސަލާމަތާ ރައްކާތެރިކަން ޤާއިމްކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުމަށްޓަކައި ކުރަންޖެހޭ އެންމެހާ މަސައްކަތްތައްކުރުމާއި/ކުރުވުން.
- މެއިންޓަނެންސް ޖެނަރަލް ސްޓޮކް ބެލެހެއްޓުން.
- ކީ ރެޖިސްޓަރ ލޮގް އަޕްޑޭޓްކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުން.
- ސެކްޝަންގެ އެފިޝެންސީ އިތުރު ކުރުމަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރުން.

- މަސައްކަތުގެ ދާއިރާއިން ތަޖުރިބާ ލިބިފައިވާ މިންވަރު.
- އިންޓަރވިއުއިން ފާސްވުން.
- ކަނޑައެޅޭ އަމާޒަކަށް މަސައްކަތް ނިންމުމަށްޓަކައި ވަގުތު ދެވޭނެ މީހެއްކަމުގައިވުން.
- މަލްޓީ ޓާސްކިން އަދި ދާއިރާގެ ގިނަ މަސައްކަތް ދަސްކުރުމުގެ ޝައުގުވެރިކަން ހުރުން.
- މަސައްކަތްތައް ޓަރގެޓަށް ނިންމުމަށްޓަކައި ގިނަ ވަގުތު މަސައްކަތުގައި ހޭދަ ކުރެވޭނެ ފަރާތަކަށްވުން.
- ވޭތުވެދިޔަ 05 އަހަރު ޖިނާއީ އެއްވެސް ކުށެއް ސާބިތު ވެފައިވާމީހަކު ކަމުގައި ނުވުން ނުވަތަ އެފަދަ ކުށެއްގެ މައްސަލައެއް ހުށަހެޅި ބަލަމުންދާ މީހަކު ކަމުގައި ނުވުންރަށުންބޭރުގައި ގިނަ ވަގުތު މަސައްކަތުގައި ހޭދަ ކުރެވޭނެ ފަރާތަކަށްވުން.

Requirements
- GCE O Level qualification, with 5 years of practical work experience in the maintenance field, and passing the interview; or
- Having served for 4 years in the post of Maintenance Supervisor; or
- Ability to read and write to a basic standard, with 4 years of practical work experience in the maintenance field, and passing the interview.
- Not convicted of any criminal offence in the past 5 years and not under investigation for such an offence.
- Able to be deployed for extended hours, including outside the island, to complete tasks to target.

- 01Carrying out and arranging maintenance and various repair and service work.
- 02Carrying out and/or arranging all work required to continuously maintain the safety and security of buildings.
- 03Maintaining the maintenance general stock.
- 04Keeping the key register log updated.
- 05Working to increase the efficiency of the section.
