Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Leader within a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.
- Deep expertise in hospitality-specific financial systems, compliance frameworks, and international statutory reporting.
- A high level of integrity combined with sharp analytical capabilities and strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to ownership, corporate offices, and department heads.
- Direct experience with Maldivian regulatory requirements and the local tax environment (GST/TGST/Green Tax) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- 01Oversee the production of accurate, timely financial statements and statutory reports, ensuring a true and fair view of resort performance at all times.
- 02Act as a commercial partner to identify cost drivers, benchmark financial structures, and optimise working capital.
- 03Architect and maintain robust policies and SOPs. Ensure 100% compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and lease obligations.
- 04Collaborate with the procurement team to manage SOE and OS&E cycles, monitoring usage patterns to protect and prolong resort assets.
