MVR 4,950.00
Additional benefits
- Service allowance: MVR 2,970.00
- Minimum Wage Allowance: MVR 2,326.50
- Food Allowance: MVR 1,800.00
- 40% of basic salary if Certificate Level 7 is obtained
- 20% of basic salary if Certificate Level 5 is obtained
- If work is performed on overtime and public holidays, it shall be provided in accordance with the rules of entitlements for overtime and public holidays
Requirements
- GCE O Level/A Level obtained or a diploma or degree from a related field, demonstrating proficiency and capability to perform the work of the post.
- One year of work experience from a field related to the work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and its components, and ability to use them proficiently.
Responsibilities of the post
- To check the condition of received goods, the quantity that must be maintained in storage, whether any loss has occurred, and to properly check the expiry dates of goods.
- To monitor expiry dates of goods in accordance with regulations and to maintain inventory according to inventory principles.
- To verify that the details on the purchase order, the supplier's quotation and the condition and quantity of goods received match correctly.
- To identify orders that are missing or goods that are below standard, to maintain records of such items and to coordinate with procurement and suppliers on follow-up work to reorder such items.
- To confirm with suppliers the availability of goods needed for upcoming deliveries and the time goods will be received, and to prepare storage areas in advance for goods to be received.
- To confirm the availability of goods and receipt dates with suppliers, to distribute information on upcoming deliveries, and to prepare storage areas in advance and maintain them for goods to be received.
- To coordinate direct procurement arrangements by suppliers to obtain the goods needed in bulk.
- To work with suppliers and the finance team to resolve delivery issues caused by credit limits or other reasons.
- To finalize daily work tasks using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- To maintain details of purchase orders regularly so that they are visible to all sites of the company and the head office.
- To be practically involved at the warehouse receipt boundary.
Qualities to be considered for suitability for the position
(a) Based on experience gained within the field of work.
