Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar guest-facing role, preferably in guest relations, brand representation, wellness, retail, or luxury hospitality.
- Fluency in written and spoken German, with a good command of English for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
- Strong guest-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, delivering personalized and attentive service.
- Passion for wellness, healthy living, and sustainable practices, with the ability to represent the Pure Life brand professionally.
- Ability to explain products, services, and brand values clearly, confidently promote relevant offerings, and engage German-speaking guests.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, respond efficiently to requests, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain discretion at all times.
- Professional and well-presented appearance, cultural awareness, flexibility, and willingness to perform additional duties as required by management.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational standards; applications from qualified Maldivian candidates are strongly encouraged.
