Requirements

Responsibilities
- 01Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- 02Welcome and interact with guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- 03Supervise and support F&B team members, ensuring compliance with service standards, grooming, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- 04Monitor outlet operations, including table setup, service delivery, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- 05Ensure accurate handling of cash, bills, credit card transactions, and other payment procedures.
- 06Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage menus, promotions, resort facilities, and services.
- 07Exhibit a positive, "can-do" attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
