Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or Training within an international luxury hotel or resort
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience developing and managing training plans, competency frameworks, career development programmes, succession planning and leadership development
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and learning methodologies in hospitality
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service culture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing learning and development of 400+ team members with multicultural backgrounds
