Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
  • At least 1 year as a Villa Attendant or similar position, preferably in a luxury international hotel or resort
  • Strong technical knowledge of guest villa cleaning, room presentation, housekeeping equipment, cleaning products, and operating standards
  • Strong commitment to service excellence with a warm, courteous, and guest-focused approach
  • Good understanding of housekeeping procedures including trolley preparation, room allocation, Lost & Found handling, key control, supply management, and safe…
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, self-directed, and well-groomed with ability to work independently and consistently maintain luxury resort standards

Responsibilities

  1. 01Maintain guest villas to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
  2. 02Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries
  3. 03Prepare trolleys and manage room allocation
  4. 04Handle Lost & Found items and key control
  5. 05Manage supply inventory and maintain safe working practices
  6. 06Work independently to solve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining luxury resort standards
