Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an In-Villa Dining Waiter or similar Food & Beverage Service role, preferably in a luxury international hotel or resort
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, menu items, and beverage offerings
- Strong understanding of In-Villa Dining service procedures, including order delivery, table setup, presentation, and clearance
- Ability to understand and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
- Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented with good understanding of HACCP, food hygiene, health and safety standards

Responsibilities
- 01Deliver food and beverage service to guests in their villas with a warm, courteous, and professional approach
- 02Provide appropriate recommendations to guests based on knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings
- 03Understand and respond promptly to guest requests, dietary requirements, special arrangements, and complaints
- 04Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in villa dining areas
- 05Work closely with the Kitchen, Order Takers, and other operational departments to ensure accurate and timely service
