Responsibilities
- 01Prepare and serve meals according to patient dietary needs
- 02Communicate with patients to take meal orders, answer questions about dietary restrictions, and address concerns in a compassionate manner
- 03Transport food carts to patient rooms, verifying patient identity and specific dietary needs before serving
- 04Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation
- 05Food preparation, delivery and cleanup, alongside ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- 06Provide exceptional customer service to patients and hospital staff
- 07Handle customer complaints courteously and professionally
- 08Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or by the Executive Chef
