Responsibilities
- 01Provide administrative and clerical support to nursing care unit
- 02Provide reception duties, greeting patients, relatives, deal with query, and answer phones
- 03Assist with coordination and support for the transfer and transport of patients
- 04Assist to report faults and defects for repair and maintenance
- 05Responsible for post-charging of consumables/items used for guests
- 06Scanning and upload of clinical documents as required, and collect X-Rays/CD's for patients
- 07Support and provide required data for Head Nurse to prepare statistics on data required for analysis such as daily patient movement and discharges
- 08Translation if required
