Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, PR, Event Management or any related field
- Experience in PR and event planning in healthcare industry or related field would be an advantage

Responsibilities
- 01Address and resolve guest complaints and feedback through various channels (in-person, phone, online)
- 02Monitor social media for feedback and work to improve online reputation and increase positive reviews
- 03Assist in preparing and distributing guest feedback surveys
- 04Serve as a key liaison with media agencies, coordinating meetings, press conferences and interviews
- 05Develop and maintain strong relationships with media contacts
- 06Create briefs for the PR Manager to facilitate their representation of the hospital at press events and interviews
- 07Arrange interviews with hospital administrators to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
- 08Analyse media coverage to understand and report on public perception of the hospital
- 09Write, review, edit, translate and update content for the hospital's website, blogs, marketing materials and other platforms in Dhivehi and English
- 10Assist in preparing and disseminating press releases in partnership with media agencies
