Requirements

Responsibilities
- 01Attends and replies to daily guest requests for release of laboratory, X-ray, CT, MRI, medication, future orders and other records requested through email
- 02Receives and checks daily medico legal reports, Communicable Disease Notification Forms, birth and death certificates and verifies accuracy
- 03Completes detailed weekly and monthly reports for the MOH and HPA
- 04Verifies details of birth, still birth and birth defects entered by clinical team in the GEMEN Portal under MOH
- 05Ensures all medical records are uploaded to EMR from relevant OP areas and receives physical records to Medical Records Department
- 06Receives, scans and uploads discharge (inpatient) documents to EMR and assists in filing monthly discharge records in the archive room
- 07Acts as a direct focal point for government related issues or activities
- 08Performs other duties as instructed by the HOD and hospital top management
- 09Protects the security of medical records to ensure confidentiality is maintained
