Requirements
- Previous HR administration experience with knowledge of basic HR processes.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
- Sporty, energetic and outgoing, with a genuine enthusiasm for organising activities.

Responsibilities
- 01Support daily HR administration, employee records, documentation and HRIS updates.
- 02Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.
- 03Organise and actively participate in host engagement, sports and recreational activities.
- 04Bring fresh, creative ideas to strengthen host wellbeing, team spirit and workplace culture.
- 05Build positive relationships with hosts and respond to day-to-day welfare enquiries.
- 06Support host welfare initiatives, accommodation coordination and recreational facilities.
- 07Coordinate host events, celebrations and recognition programmes.
- 08Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality and timely follow-up.
