  • Previous experience operating passenger boats, preferably in a luxury resort
  • Good knowledge of marine safety procedures and navigation

Responsibilities

  1. 01Assist the Boat Captain in the safe navigation and operation of the supply vessel
  2. 02Support the loading, unloading, and proper securing of cargo to ensure safe transportation
  3. 03Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the vessel, engines, and safety equipment
  4. 04Monitor fuel, oil, water, and other operational requirements before each voyage
  5. 05Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  6. 06Maintain accurate voyage logs and report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly
  7. 07Assist in emergency procedures and ensure all safety equipment is operationally and readily available
  8. 08Coordinate effectively with the resort, Malé logistics team, suppliers, and port authorities to ensure smooth operations
  9. 09Support the Captain in maintaining a clean, organized, and seaworthy vessel at all times
