Responsibilities
- 01Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and other operations as required
- 02Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform the Chef de Partie of shortages or spoilage
- 03Minimize food wastage by using ingredients efficiently and following proper portion control
- 04Follow all HACCP, food safety, health and safety standards
- 05Assist with receiving and checking food supplies when required
- 06Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with colleagues and other departments
