Responsibilities
- 01Implement and continuously improve People & Culture policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate standards.
- 02Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration aligned with operational needs.
- 03Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of employee records, both digital and paper-based.
- 04Ensure compliance with compensation policies, benefits, payroll, incentive schemes and accurate reporting through HR systems (Fusion).
- 05Lead employee communications, promote company values and foster positive staff relations.
- 06Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and recognition programs with fairness and professionalism.
- 07Supervise staff accommodation, welfare, transport and related facilities, ensuring health, hygiene and safety standards are met.
- 08Drive innovation in People & Culture initiatives while promoting sustainable and responsible HR practices across the resorts.
