Requirements
- Hold a degree in HR or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience (minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role).

Responsibilities
- 01Implement and continuously improve People & Culture policies, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and corporate standards.
- 02Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration aligned with operational needs.
- 03Oversee expatriate visa and work permit processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- 04Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of employee records, both digital and paper-based.
- 05Ensure compliance with compensation policies, benefits, payroll, incentive schemes and accurate reporting through HR systems.
- 06Guide and support the Training & Development team in assessing needs and executing the annual Training Plan.
- 07Lead employee communications, promote company values and foster positive staff relations.
- 08Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures and recognition programmes with fairness and professionalism.
- 09Supervise staff accommodation, welfare, transport and related facilities, ensuring health, hygiene and safety standards are met.
- 10Provide analysis and HR data insights to support management decision-making.
