Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in Maldives resorts or in a remote location will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- 01Provide guests with professional service courteously and efficiently. Respond to guest requests promptly.
- 02Acknowledge guests promptly and courteously upon arrival at the restaurant.
- 03Offer guests appropriate beverages upon seating.
- 04Suggest menu specialties to guests and participate in order-taking and sales efforts.
- 05Ensure proper, correct order-taking to speed up service and ensure that guests are getting the correct order.
- 06Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, including the safety of furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- 07Ensure careful handling of all restaurant materials.
- 08Strictly follow service standards, closing and opening checklists, billing and cashiering procedures, and cleaning checklists.
- 09Handle all complaints as per Coco policy.
