Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in Maldives resorts or in a remote location will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- 01Assist in food preparation as per the Chef's instructions.
- 02Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- 03Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled.
- 04Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
- 05Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the Head Chef.
- 06Support the team in preparing dishes during busy service hours.
- 07Handle kitchen equipment with care and ensure proper maintenance.
- 08Follow all health and safety regulations.
- 09Continuously learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
- 10Comply with hotel standards in relation to hygiene and personal presentation.
