މަޤާމުގެ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތު
- ހެޑް އޮފް ޑިޕާރޓްމަންޓްގެ އިރުޝާދުގެ މަތިން ލެބޯޓަރީގައި ކުރަންޖެހޭ މަސައްކަތް ކުރުން.
- ލެބޯޓަރީގެ އެކިއެކި އިކްއިޕްމަންޓްތައް މެއިންޓެއިންކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުން.
- ލެބޯޓަރީގެ އިކްއިޕްމަންޓްތައް ރަނގަޅަށް މަސައްކަތްކުރޭތޯ ބެލުމާއި ދިމާވާ މައްސަލަތައް ހައްލުކުރުން.
- ޕްރެކްޓިކަލް ގަޑިތަކަށް ބޭނުންވާ ތަކެތި ނަގާ އެކަމަށް ތައްޔާރުކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން ޓީޗަރުން އަންގާގޮތުގެ މަތިން ތަކެތި ތައްޔާރުކޮށް ދިނުމާއި، ޕްރެކްޓިކަލް ނިމުމުން އެތަކެތި އަނބުރާ ހުރިތަނަށްލުން އަދި މިމަސައްކަތް ސުޕަވައިޒްކުރުން.

- ލެބޯޓަރީއަށް ބޭނުންވާ ތަކެތި ލެބް ކޯޑިނޭޓަރުގެ ބެލުމުގެ ދަށުން އޮފީސް މެދުވެރިކޮށް ލެބޯރެޓަރީ އަށް މަދުނުވާވަރަށް ހޯދުމުގެ ލިސްޓުތައް ތައްޔާރުކުރުމާއި މިމަސައްކަތް ސުޕަވައިޒްކުރުން.
- ލެބޯޓަރީގެ ޕްރެކްޓިކަލްތަކައް، ފީލްޑް ވިޒިޓްތަކަށް ބޭނުންވާ ތަކެތި ސްޓޮކުން ރިކުއެސްޓްކޮށްގެން ހޯދުމާއި ސައިންސް ފީލްޑްޓްރިޕްތަކުގައި ބައިވެރިވުން.
- ކެމްޕަސްތަކަށް ފޮނުވަންޖެހޭ ލެބޯރެޓަރީ ތަކެތި ތައްޔާރުކޮށް އިދާރީ މުވައްޒަފުންނާއި ގުޅިގެން ފޮނުވޭނެ އިންތިޒާމް ހަމަޖެއްސުން.
- މަތީގައިވާ ކަންތައްތަކުގެ އިތުރުން އޮފީހުގެ ރަސްމީ މަސައްކަތާ ގުޅޭގޮތުން ޙަވާލުކުރެވޭ އެންމެހާ ކަންތައްތައް ކުރުން.މަރުކަޒާއި، ޑިޕާޓްމަންޓްތަކުގެ ބައްދަލުވުންތަކުގައި ބައިވެރިވުމާއި، ކޮމިޓީތަކުގައި ބައިވެރިވުމާއި ރޭވުމުގެ މަސައްކަތުގައި ބައިވެރިވުން.

Requirements
- NMQF Level 7 certificate obtained in the field of work, or
- NMQF Level 5 certificate obtained in the field of work, together with 2 years of experience in a field related to the work.
Responsibilities
- 01Carry out laboratory work as directed by the Head of Department.
- 02Maintain and look after the various laboratory equipment.
- 03Check that laboratory equipment is functioning properly and resolve problems that arise.
- 04Prepare and provide practical materials as instructed by teachers, return them after practicals, and supervise this work.
- 05Look after the laboratory inventory and safe equipment and chemicals, and supervise this work.
- 06Prepare lists of materials the laboratory needs to be ordered through the office, under the Lab Coordinator's supervision, and supervise this work.
- 07Request and obtain materials for practicals and field visits from stock, and take part in science fieldtrips.
- 08Prepare laboratory reports to be sent to campuses and arrange with administrative staff how they will be sent.
- 09In addition to the above, carry out all tasks assigned in connection with official office work.
- 10Take part in centre and department meetings, committee meetings and organising work.
