Working hours: 08:00 to 16:00

Requirements of the Post:

  • A qualification at Level 5 of the Maldivian National Qualifications Framework in Business Administration or Health Administration, together with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a field related to the post.
  • Shortlisting will only consider those with qualifications and experience relevant to the post.

Main Duties to be Performed:

  1. Verifying all matters related to the health sector concerning claims related to subsidised health insurance.
  2. Processing documents for claims related to subsidised health insurance.
  3. Upon receipt of documents, determining whether claims are to be reimbursed or settled.
  4. Coordinating projects and action plans assigned by the section.
  5. Preparing software requirements, scopes and other related documents concerning matters assigned by the section.
  6. Reconciling outstanding statements from service providers within a specified timeframe.
  7. Reconciling and cancelling unbilled transactions within a specified timeframe.
  8. Preparing reports required by the section.
  9. Addressing complaints submitted regarding services.
  10. In addition to the above, performing other departmental tasks as directed by the supervisor or department head.

Other Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft applications required.
  2. Analysing and evaluating data.
  3. Being capable of completing work by the specified deadline whilst working independently.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Dhivehi.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

  • -/15,200 Rufiyaa
  • Attendance allowance: -/100 Rufiyaa per day of absence from work.
  • Health insurance as per established rules.
