Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional culinary experience, with a strong background in Japanese or pan-Asian cuisine
- At least 3-4 years in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably as Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts or premium Japanese restaurants
- Proven experience in modern Japanese dining concepts, including a la carte, tasting menus or omakase-style experiences
- Experience in menu development, food cost control and culinary team management
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or Professional Cookery preferred
