- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of food and beverage costing, inventory management, and stock control
- Familiarity with hotel accounting systems and inventory software
- Ability to prepare cost reports, analyse variances, and monitor departmental expenses
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
