Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role at a high-end five-star luxury hotel/resort.
- Must be available from 01 December 2026 to 31 March 2027.
- Excellent knowledge in bar terminology, standard recipes and garnishes.
- Excellent knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills and confident to anticipate the needs of the department.
- Possesses outstanding guest service skills striving to exceed guests' expectations.
- Experience in leading Quality Assurance and Forbes Travel Guide standards will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and self presentation.

Responsibilities
- 01Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa's culture and service standards and reflects the values of Velaa Private Island.
- 02Welcoming guests, determining beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking orders.
- 03Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.
- 04Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- 05Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
