- Design, develop, plan, administrate and implement effective and systematic training activities and programs for all levels of Hosts
- Develop a highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled workforce

- Minimum 4 years of working experience within similar position in a five-star resort in Maldives
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
