Support HR operations and maintain high standards of associate welfare and engagement at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu resort in the Maldives.

What you would do

• Plan, organise, and coordinate welfare activities, recreational events, sports and cultural programmes.
• Oversee the condition of accommodation, recreational facilities and ensure they are well maintained.
• Serve as a first point of contact for staff welfare concerns and assist new associates in settling into accommodation.
• Organise events, sports tournaments, recognition programmes, and festive activities.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks.
• Promote a positive work culture and interdepartmental communications.

What they are looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a luxury resort in the Maldives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, Microsoft Office, Canva.
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
• Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
