Main responsibilities and duties of the post

- Accountability to the Council and the Secretary General in all matters related to the Council's administration work.

- Full responsibility for implementing the decisions passed by the Council, and performing all administrative tasks necessary for the implementation of such decisions under the guidance of the Secretary General or the Supervisor.

- Implementation of all provisions in the regulations for the maintenance of Kamadhoo Harbour.

- Maintenance of the harbour, picnic area and park as instructed by the Council.

- Assistance to the Council administration in providing the necessary services that should be provided by the Council administration.

- Bringing to the Council's attention any parties violating harbour regulations and performing all necessary work to resolve such matters.

- Assistance in performing work related to the community services or municipal services provided by the Council administration.

- Full support to the Council in implementing the work allocated by the Council for beautifying the roads of Kamadhoo.

- Performing work related to meetings, sessions, workshops, seminars, conferences and other events arranged and organised by the Council administration.

- Active participation in sanitation and cleaning work.

- Cleaning the harbour and surrounding area and removing waste.

  5. Copies of educational certificates obtained;

(a) For educational certificates issued by institutions outside Maldives that have been graded by the Maldives Qualifications Authority at a certain level, copies of the educational certificate and transcript; or: in cases where there is no certificate, a copy of the letter confirming completion of the course and a copy of the assessment report and transcript issued by the Maldives Qualifications Authority.

(b) Copies of educational certificates and transcript issued by local educational institutions in Maldives; or copies of letter confirming completion of the course and copies of transcript.

  1. Copies of documents covering the following criteria providing work experience:

(a) If work experience has been gained in a civil service post, in a state institution, in a government-owned company, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).

(b) For work experience within the civil service that cannot be verified from https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period (in years, months and days) confirmed by that office, and stating the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).

(c) If work experience has been gained in a private company or private organisation, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) and the number of staff at the workplace.

(d) If work has been undertaken in a national or international association or society, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, and the period (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each). This letter should state whether the position held is a salaried position or not, or alternatively, an official letter from that organisation confirming this.

(e) If work has been undertaken in a dissolved state institution, or in a dissolved private company or private organisation, or in a dissolved national or international society or association, and a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period of work (in years, months and days) and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) cannot be obtained, the "Reference Check Form for Work Experience from a Dissolved Workplace" found in Table 8 of the Recruitment Rules.
