What you would do
- Lead front office operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage daily front office functions and oversee butler operations
- Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless service
- Oversee the overall front office operations of the luxury property .Here
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations while delivering excellent service
What they are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role within the hotel industry, preferably with a 5-star or ultra-luxury brand
- Proven experience in Butler Operations, Guest Relations, and Front Office Operations within a luxury resort environment
- Strong guest service orientation
- Fluent communication skills in English
- In-depth knowledge of Front Office operations in luxury resorts with familiarity in LQA / Forbes standards
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a remote island or Maldives setting
