What you would do
- Guide, motivate and support team members in achieving personal and departmental development goals
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Manage reservations operations and workflow
What they are looking for
- 3–4 years of experience in Reservations within the hotel industry, with 5-star or ultra-luxury brand experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven experience in effectively handling guest complaints and resolving issues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards for reservations
- Computer skills, including practical skills of Excel reports and MS Word
- Working experience with PMS systems and understanding of the workflow
