About the role
A detail-oriented Reservation Agent with experience in domestic transfers to manage guest bookings and transfer arrangements at The Residence Maldives, Dhigurah.

What you would do
- Manage guest bookings and transfer arrangements
- Coordinate reservations, domestic flight and speedboat transfers
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to ensure a smooth pre-arrival experience
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations, preferably in a resort or hotel environment
- Preferably handle domestic transfers, including domestic flights and speedboat arrangements
- Good knowledge of Maldives domestic transfer procedures, schedules and coordination
- Experience with PMS/CRS systems and online booking platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills with airlines, transfer providers, travel agents, and guests
- High attention to detail when managing booking and transfer information
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in English and Dhivehi; additional languages will be an advantage
