About the role
JA Manafaru seeks a passionate and experienced Junior Sous Chef to oversee operations of the Team Restaurant at this luxury resort in the northern Maldives.

What you would do
- Oversee the operations of the Team Restaurant
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Lead a multi-cultural team of chefs
- Develop people and contribute to a positive dining experience for colleagues
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with resorts in Maldives
- Expertise in buffet offerings and especially Western and Asian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead a multi-cultural team of chefs
- Hand-on, organized and creative in daily routine
- Able to communicate fluently in English
