What you would do

• Address and resolve guest complaints and feedback through various channels (in-person, phone, online)
• Monitor social media for feedback and work to improve online reputation and increase positive reviews
• Assist in preparing and distributing guest feedback surveys
• Serve as a key liaison with media agencies, coordinating meetings, press conferences and interviews
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media contacts
• Create briefs for the PR Manager to facilitate their representation of the hospital at press events and interviews
• Arrange interviews with hospital administrators to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
• Analyse media coverage to understand and report on public perception of the hospital
• Write, review, edit, translate and update content for the hospital's website, blogs, marketing materials and other platforms in Dhivehi and English
• Assist in preparing and disseminating press releases in partnership with media agencies

What they are looking for

• Diploma in Marketing, PR, Event Management or any related field
• Experience in PR and event planning in healthcare industry or related field would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English
• Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts effectively
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
