What they are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
- Experience in IVD / Room Service Kitchen operations with strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta and pizza
- Experienced in private dining, destination dining, and special guest food requests
- Confident working across both Hot and Cold Kitchen sections
- Experienced in both a la carte and buffet operations
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations and best practices
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse culture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
