About the role
Ensure guests receive quality food selection as a Demi Chef De Partie at Malahini Kuda Bandos resort in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Act as an extension of kitchen managers to communicate food consistency and quality.
- Ensure that mise-en-place is prepared for the shifts needs.
- Assist in developing and standardizing new recipes.
- Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of all food preparation equipment.
- Ensure the food cost for the outlet kitchen is at a minimum by adhering to standards.
- Organize and set up the assigned section of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.
What they are looking for
- 2-3 years of Demi Chef de Partie experience in a 5-star property
- Thorough knowledge of different cuisines, cooking styles, hygiene and safety standards
- Strong understanding and knowledge of HACCP
- Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership
