About the role
Manage food and beverage operations and guest experience at Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa, a luxury resort in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Welcome and interact with guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and ensure high level of guest satisfaction
- Supervise and support F&B team members, ensuring compliance with service standards, grooming, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Monitor outlet operations, including table setup, service delivery, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Ensure accurate handling of cash, bills, credit card transactions, and other payment procedures
- Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage menus, promotions, resort facilities, and services
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role
- High School or Hotel School graduate
