About the role
A Villa Attendant position at Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa, a luxury tropical resort in the Noonu atoll, 45 minutes from Male International Airport.

What you would do
- Maintain guest villas to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries
- Prepare trolleys and manage room allocation
- Handle Lost & Found items and key control
- Manage supply inventory and maintain safe working practices
- Work independently to solve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining luxury resort standards
What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
- At least 1 year as a Villa Attendant or similar position, preferably in a luxury international hotel or resort
- Strong technical knowledge of guest villa cleaning, room presentation, housekeeping equipment, cleaning products, and operating standards
- Strong commitment to service excellence with a warm, courteous, and guest-focused approach

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
