About the role
A pastry commis position in the Food & Beverage Production Department at JOALI BEING Bodufushi, a luxury island resort in the Maldives.

- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a five-star luxury property
- Excellent skills in fine-dining plating, cake decoration, chocolate tempering, and custom amenity crafting
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining commercial pastry equipment (ovens, proofers, dough sheeters, and mixers)
- Ability to adapt and interact with a diverse group of people
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
- Experience of working in remote island preferred
