About the role
Supervise Villa Host teams and deliver personalized guest service at a 5-star luxury resort in Raa Atoll, Maldives.

What you would do
- Carry out all tasks in line with Front Office Procedures and Standards
- Supervise and guide the Villa Host team
- Ensure personalized service for every guest
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and special arrangements
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Transport, and Food & Beverage
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties
- Monitor guest preferences and update guest profiles
- Ensure smooth arrivals, stays, and departures
- Train Villa Hosts and monitor service standards
- Maintain accurate reports and shift handovers
What they are looking for
- Minimum two years of experience as a Villa Host Supervisor or in a similar position
- Previous experience in a five-star luxury resort
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Opera
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Maldives resort experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of LQA standards will be an added advantage
