About the role
Lead the Sales and Marketing team at Ifuru Island Maldives, an all-inclusive island resort in Raa Atoll, to drive business and revenue growth.

What you would do
- Lead Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and key industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the resort's market presence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Manage Sales & Marketing plans, budgets, promotions and industry events
- Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team while ensuring strong commercial performance
What they are looking for
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Maldives resorts
- Strong experience in sales, marketing and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and market knowledge
- Good command of English with excellent presentation skills
