About the role
A Quantity Surveyor is required for Batch Construction Pvt. Ltd, a construction company based in Male, Hulhumalé, Maldives.

What you would do
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations, variations, and variation claims.
- Monitor project costs and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Review contractor and subcontractor payment claims and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, variations, and other QS-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure all quantity surveying activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and contractual obligations.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, valuations, and variation claims.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and presentation skills
