About the role

An Engineering Order Taker is needed at Grand Park Kodhipparu, a luxury resort in the Maldives, to receive, record and coordinate maintenance requests and work orders.

What you would do

• Receive, record, and coordinate maintenance requests and work orders accurately
• Prioritize and follow up on urgent and routine maintenance requests
• Coordinate with Duty Engineers, technicians, and other resort departments
• Maintain accurate work order records, logs, and daily reports

What they are looking for

• Previous experience as an Engineering Order Taker, Maintenance Coordinator, or in a similar role
• Good communication and telephone-handling skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in a hotel or luxury resort environment is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English and professional communication skills
