About the role

Lead and oversee structural design validation and standardisation for villa and coastal development projects, ensuring structural integrity, durability, and cost efficiency.

What you would do

• Review and validate all structural concepts prior to issuance to site
• Standardise beam-column grids, slab thickness criteria, and footing sizing templates for typical villa modules
• Develop and implement structural design standards and detailing guidelines
• Coordinate with external structural consultants where required while maintaining internal review authority
• Create and enforce a structural checklist before any drawing is finalised
• Ensure structural designs comply with durability requirements for saline and coastal environments
• Identify and mitigate potential structural risks before construction stage
• Support project teams with technical clarification and design optimisation

What they are looking for

• 8–12 years of experience in reinforced concrete structural design
• Proven experience in resort, marine, or coastal projects preferred
• Strong understanding of durability design in saline environments
• Technically assertive with the ability to challenge and improve design proposals
• Strong analytical, review, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain high technical standards
