About the role

Manage learning and development, training plans, and people initiatives at Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa, a luxury resort in the Noonu atoll, Maldives.

What you would do

• Develop and manage training plans, competency frameworks, and career development programmes
• Manage succession planning and leadership development initiatives
• Handle learning and development of 400+ team members with multicultural backgrounds
• Build strong relationships with employees, department leaders and senior management
• Enhance overall employee experience and engagement

What they are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 6 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or Training within an international luxury hotel or resort
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience developing and managing training plans, competency frameworks, career development programmes, succession planning and leadership development
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and learning methodologies in hospitality
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service culture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing learning and development of 400+ team members with multicultural backgrounds
