About the role

Crown & Champa Resorts seeks an organised and professional HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities at their resort in Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives.

What you would do

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related documents, letters, reports, and correspondence
• Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Prepare regular HR reports and assist with HR audits when required

What they are looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar HR role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
