A professional, service-oriented host to create a welcoming guest experience at the airport and lounge while coordinating transfers and supporting lounge operations at Villa Resorts.

What you would do

• Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests at designated airport and lounge areas.
• Coordinate seaplane, domestic flight, speedboat and ground-transfer arrangements.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide clear information regarding transfers and travel arrangements.
• Monitor flight and transfer updates and handle delays, disruptions and luggage-related matters.
• Provide attentive lounge service, including food and beverage service, cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Maintain stock levels, food-safety standards, operational records and lounge presentation.
• Communicate effectively with resort departments, transport providers and other service partners.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate matters when required.
• Follow all airport security, health and safety, emergency and confidentiality procedures.
• Complete accurate shift handovers and operational reports.

What they are looking for

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, airport services, guest relations, airline, lounge, transport or food & beverage operations.
• Good spoken and written English with strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed and composed under pressure.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using email, messaging, spreadsheets and other digital systems.
• Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to meet airport access, security and background-clearance requirements.
