About the role

What you would do
- Coordinate daily kitchen administrative tasks, records, reports and documentation.
- Assist with staff schedules, attendance, duty rosters, training and departmental communication.
- Coordinate kitchen requisitions, stock records, deliveries and follow-up with Stores/Purchasing.
- Support the Culinary team with meetings, events, menus and operational requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with HR, Finance, Purchasing, Stores, F&B and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What they are looking for
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in kitchen administration, culinary operations or hospitality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email and general administrative systems.
- Good English communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and team members.
